Your one-stop-shop for all you commercial financing needs

Learn more about the types of programs and loans we fund, the types of properties we finance, and the documents needed to underwrite and process a loan in under 48 hours.

For our bridge loan product we focus on asset based loans only. All of our deals must have a minimum loan amount of $200k, and we do not have a maximum, some of our lending partners have access to funds over $1B.

When you have a deal give us a call or send in our application page for us to begin the process. After we have a summary on the deal we will request a list of documents called a “needs list” and with that information we can underwrite & process the loan request within 48 hours. Within that time frame of 48 hours, as long as the deal qualifies, we will issue preliminary terms on the deal that are backed by the lender directly.

Our bridge program does not have set terms, like many lenders, we can be flexible with the terms if it makes good business sense on both ends to structure & fund unique deals. If you qualify elsewhere we will do the work to make it as smooth as possible for you to qualify & get funded through our partners. 1/3 of our business is through our private fund or other hard money options, 1/3 is through the SBA or conventional banks, and 1/3 is through life companies & large hedge funds.
